Shipping & Facilities Manager

Machinery distributor has immediate need for a hands on, highly motivated individual with supervisory experience for its warehouse, facilities, shipping, and receiving operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess computer, communication, mechanical and typing skills.
A high level of commitment to customer service and teamwork.
Ability to multi task and have good organizational skills.
Knowledgeable in import and export regulatory compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
Control and maintain finished goods inventories of machinery, tooling and spare parts.
Manage warehouse materials, equipment and supplies.
Maintenance of all buildings, grounds and equipment.
Insure compliance with all established Company policy as well as applicable Local, State and Federal Regulations.
DUTIES:
Supervise & motivate warehouse personnel.
Supervise all shipping, receiving, rigging, loading and unloading of product.
Ensure the health and safety of all employees through applicable regulatory compliance.
Maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts and annual inventories.
Work closely with carriers and brokers to find the most cost effective freight and insurance terms.
Accurately input data for all shipments.
Ensure the accurate receipt and shipment of all parts, tooling, and machinery through comparison and verification of purchase orders packing lists, bills of lading, etc.
Perform all routine inspection and maintenance of company assets.
FULL TIME
BENEFITSEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
